Shipping and Delivery

Upon receipt of your order, in stock merchandise is processed and ready for shipping within 2 business days. TerraFrog Clothing Corp. offers the following three levels of shipping for Domestic and International Services:

Domestic Services:

• Xpresspost - if you want it fast at a low cost, Xpresspost is a smart choice.
• Expedited - is a cost effective, ground parcel shipping service.
• Regular - when speed is not the priority, this low cost, reliable ground service is the economical choice.

U.S. and International Services:

• Xpresspost USA – offers fast, economical delivery to the USA.
  
• Air Parcel - is a shipping service that provides economical delivery at moderate speed.
  
• Surface Parcel - is a cost effective, ground parcel shipping service ideal for our international customers.
  

TerraFrog Clothing Corp. strongly encourages the use of Ground Shipping. We all love the convenience of air shipping, but the environmental costs are significant. Airplanes emit more greenhouse gases per mile than ground transportation. From a carbon emissions perspective, ground parcel shipping is optimal.

Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, VAT and other fees, which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping charges are per delivery address and do not include duty or taxes, which must be paid by the recipient of the package. Please note that the delivery dates for international shipments may be delayed due to custom regulations.
