Finding the Right Gym Outfit for the Right Sports Activity

Happy New Year and welcome 2016!

New Year's is a great time to set goals and work on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. A new gym outfit can help motivate you to get started. I like to wear certain outfits for certain sports activities. For example, I recommend our best selling Bliss Shorts for Hot Yoga and Running (they don’t ride up and they keep you cool). For curling, I recommend our Pop Bottle Sweats (keep you warm and comfortable). For bumming around town or for a long plane ride, I recommend our Travel Sweats.

The above being said though, I have to admit that I plan my outfit less on the sports activity and more on what I ate or did that that day! For example, if I am feeling bloated, I wear the Swing Tennis Tank as it subtly flares out and offers room in the tummy. If I don’t feel like shaving my legs? What you wear to the gym generally depends on how you feel and how you want the clothing to make you feel. Bottom line (no pun intended), your fitness clothes need to make you feel comfortable!
