Returns and Refunds

TerraFrog Clothing Corp. takes great pride in our customer driven return and refund policies. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you to obtain a prompt refund or exchange. Just contact us at Customerservice(at)terrafrog.com and tell us the reason for the return and we will send you a return authorization number. Please note that items that are returned to TerraFrog Clothing Corp. without an authorization number will not receive credit. 

Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid. We ask that you kindly allow two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs (for both origional order and return), as well as duties on international orders when applicable.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Returns and exchanges must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days after the order was placed.
  • Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s).
  • All returned items must be in their original state.
  • Your return authorization number must be enclosed in your return package.
  • We recommend sending returns via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. TerraFrog Clothing Corp. is not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Gift certificates never expire. Items purchased using a gift certificate can be exchanged or credited back to the gift certificate within 30 days of the item purchase date.
  • International customers are responsible for filing their own request for a duties/tax refund and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requires that you have proof of the return as we all as proof that the duty was originally paid.
